About the Leadership Sustainability Institute
The Leadership Sustainability Institute provides scholarships to professionals in mental and behavioral health services for semi-sabbatical alternative professional experiences, conducts research and documentation of the most effective methods of achieving leadership for organizations working in these areas. We also distribute educational information to treatment providers, potential providers and people wishing to establish services.

Lance Egley
Ph.D., L.A.D.C., L.I.C.S.W. C.A.D.C.III. He was Assistant Professor and Chemical Dependency Program Coordinator at Bemidji State University (BSU) Department of Social Relations and Services, where he also coordinated the Minnesota Indian Institute on Alcohol and Drug Studies.
